Introduction

Welcome to Nano Banana API. By accessing or using our API services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Nano Banana API for your internal business purposes or personal use.

API Keys

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys.
You may not share your API keys with third parties.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your API keys.

Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

Use the API in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the API or any part of our Service.
Use the API to transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the API.
Exceed the rate limits or quotas applicable to your subscription plan.
Resell, rent, or lease access to the API without our express written consent.

Account Security & Anti-Fraud

Prohibited Acts

Fraud, card testing, and abuse are strictly prohibited.
The use of scripts or automated tools for high-frequency payment testing is strictly prohibited.
Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or abuse promotional offers is prohibited.

Risk Control Rights

We reserve the right to immediately intercept, freeze orders, suspend abusive accounts, and refuse service to accounts suspected of fraud or card testing. Suspicious activity is actively monitored and reported.

Payment, Refunds, and Delivery

Payment & Billing

Payment Method: All fees are processed via our third-party payment processor, Stripe.
Billing Logic: API credits are purchased on a Pay-as-you-go basis.

Delivery Instructions

API access is granted immediately upon successful payment and system verification.

Refund Policy

Due to the special nature of digital assets, consumed API credits are non-refundable. For unused credits, users can request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

Rate Limiting and Fair Use

We may impose rate limits on your use of the API to ensure the stability and availability of the Service. If you exceed these limits, your access may be temporarily throttled or suspended. We reserve the right to modify rate limits at any time.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the API at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, effective immediately. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the API will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
